Interactive Art Director
Job Description
Modea is seeking an Interactive Art Director to help lead the overall artistic vision and quality of creative produced by our agency. The Interactive Art Director will be responsible for leading interactive and integrated projects from conceptualization to completion. They will lead with vision and work collaboratively with the creative team to invent the future of advertising. The ideal candidate possesses formidable creative energy and the rare and subtle ability to inspire and harness the creativity of our agency and client partners.Responsibilities
- Lead Interactive multi-channel projects from concept to completion
- Manage multiple deadlines and consistently deliver creative on target and on time
- Present creative solutions to internal and client partners
- Coordinate with outside agencies and manage internal projects
- Manage creative resources and coordinate with the project management organization
- Inspire and mentor team members
- Hands-on design work on multiple projects
- Cultivate great relationships and build trust with a team of creatives of differing professional levels and diverse personalities
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in an interactive design agency or integrated advertising agency.
- 2-4 years experience working as an art director on interactive or integrated projects
- Strong passion for all things digital
- Must understand interactive/ digital work and have a point of view where this is all headed
- BA/BS in graphic design, animation, 3D, or related field
- Strong conceptual design, collaborative, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Experience in a managerial role, or leading many teams
- Big plus if you have won an interactive award in the past three years
