Job Description
Modea is seeking an experienced Recruiter to help take the growth of the company to the next level. The Recruiter will be responsible for proactively finding top creative and technical talent. The ideal candidate has knowledge of emerging design and development technologies and can effectively screen candidates applying for positions involving both.Responsibilities
- Develop targeted recruitment plans for each position that needs to be filled
- Proactively find candidates through a variety of online and offline sources
- Screen incoming resumes and pass along to relevant managers for review in a timely fashion
- Maintain statistics of where qualified candidates are coming from
- Effectively sell the Modea brand, culture, and location to potential employees
- Help develop and implement the Modea interview process
- Coordinate phone screens and onsite interviews
- Insure interviewers have all necessary materials prior to conducting an interview
- Maintain an up to date candidate tracking system
- Be the liaison between potential candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain useful contacts with universities and colleges
- Attend career fairs
- Post jobs to targeted career websites and college career center pages
Requirements
- 2-4 years HR or Recruiting experience
- Passion for the internet and technology
- Knowledge of relevant niche job boards and blogs
- Experience reviewing resumes
- Experience reviewing electronic portfolios
- Knowledge of emerging design and development technologies
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to make priorities and change them quickly
- Experience using Microsoft Exchange calendaring or other extensive shared calendaring experience
