Marketing Internship

Modea, a rapidly growing interactive agency in Blacksburg is looking for a Marketing Intern for the Summer of 2008. In this position you will be responsible for assisting Account Managers and Program Managers with marketing requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Researching prospective and current clients to learn about their needs and consumer base
- Assisting in the development of concepts for new projects
- Developing sales documents
- Understanding and building out customer relationship management systems
- Assist with other administrative activities
Requirements:
- A strong record of academic achievement
- Previous record of leadership activities
- Marketing (or related) experience in extracurricular activities
- Enthusiastic personality
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must be a strategic thinker and a team player
- Have an interest and desire to learn about Internet technology
- Excellent listening skills
- Proactive
- Thirst for learning and trying new things
- The Marketing Intern should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
