Quality of life is important to us. We believe that living a well-balanced life is critical to a Modean's success.
We also believe that strong relationships among team members are vital to our success. Fortunately, so many of the relationships made in the office eventually turn into friendships outside of the office. Whether it's a Free Lunch Friday, a monthly happy hour, a company party, a group ski trip, or a group holiday meal, we get together as often as we can—and we enjoy doing it!
